Corrugated U & L‑Profiles

Overview

Reliable, tailored protection for delicate edges, available in L-profile and U-profile. Multi-layered corrugated cardboard combined with paper, foam or fleece on the inside provides optimum cushioning and simultaneously ensures ideal surface protection. L-profiles and U-profiles are supplied to customised specifications and accuracy.

Edge protection in use

U-profiles and L-profiles are used to protect edges of every kind (e.g. worktops, doors, delicate tops and corners of furniture articles). The flexible edge protection can be easily adapted by hand. Alternatively, we can provide you with the VariProtect XL^® system for on-site machine generation of edge protection. You can use this for the cost-effective production of product-optimised edge protection in individual dimensions (e.g. DUO‑Pack XL^® corrugated rolls), even from a batch size of 1.

Spacing cushions

Spacing padding from Papier Sprick is also manufactured to customer specifications and supplied with different coatings. Ideal as shock absorbers, distance pieces and for intermediate spaces.
